Housing

The current concept includes approximately 208 apartments across a variety of dwelling types. Final numbers remain subject to detailed design and approval processes.

The project team has engaged award-winning firm Cavill Architects to create a design that reflects Noosa's unique character, subtropical environment and landscape setting while supporting the broader vision for Noosa Junction. The design will also adhere to Noosa Design Principles including:

The current concept includes approximately 350 basement car parking spaces, subject to detailed design and assessment.

Traffic impacts will be independently assessed as part of the Development Application process. The proposal includes a new road connection between Lanyana Way and Noosa Drive intended to improve local connectivity and circulation.
Construction

Construction cannot commence until the project receives all necessary approvals. From here the construction timetable will be established.
